Once an order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation may be provided.

LTFI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

LTFI is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

LTFI is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
